f.d.l. promotes the sale of discounted vacation packages for the purpose of introducing the benefits of vacation ownership. Attendance of a 90 minute timeshare sales presentation on the benefits of vacation ownership at a designated resort is required. If sales tour is not attended guests will be charged full rack rate for accommodations.

f.d.l. is not responsible for airfare, ground transportation, car rentals, state sales tax, resort taxes, nominal port fee per casino cruise, meals, gratuities, telephone or any other incidental charges. The client agrees to accept responsibility for charges incurred over and above those provided by this agreement.

This f.d.l. package is transferable to persons over the age of 25 who meets the same qualifications and agrees to meet the Details of Participation stated herein.

All room accommodations are subject to availability. Availability is limited during peak seasons, conventions, holidays and special event weeks. All accommodations are in a hotel in the resort area. Most resort destinations require a major credit card upon check-in.

Contact f.d.l. to change or reschedule your confirmed reservations. A fee of $25.00 will be charged for all reservation changes.

The f.d.l. package is limited to one (1) vacation package per family. It is not valid for group travel (a group is two (2) or more families traveling together using a f.d.l. Reservation) and it cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. This offer is not valid in states where prohibited by law. You must travel no later then twelve months from date of purchase. This is a non-refundable package; however, we comply with the rescission period mandated by each state. Married couples and cohabitating couples must tour together.

f.d.l. is solely responsible for this offer, which expires Mar 28, 2006. f.d.l. is an independent contractor and is not responsible for any claims arising from the regular business operations of the hotels, cruise lines, or tour operators with which it contracts. f.d.l. is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or interruptions due to nature, strikes or Acts of God.  Coca Beach Package Retails at $150-$350.
